We appreciate your support toward our Easter welfare visit. The children and their families are deeply grateful. 🙏🏼

Our reunion with Juliet was emotional—happy to see her, but heartbroken that she has to go through treatment again.

Juliet’s Story: Then and Now

📷 Slide to see our first meeting in 2019 and now.

After a courageous battle involving six rounds of chemotherapy, extensive surgery, and additional chemotherapy, Juliet reached a place of hope.

She completed treatment, received a prosthetic eye, and enjoyed three years of remission. She returned to school with a fresh start.

Just days into the new school term this year, a rapid-growing swelling appeared. Even though she never missed her quarterly check-ups, we received devastating news: the cancer has returned—larger and more aggressive than before.

The Current Situation

Juliet is back at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, fighting once again.

  • Current status: Ongoing chemotherapy to shrink the tumor.
  • Next steps: Additional chemotherapy cycles, followed by major surgery.
  • Financial need: Over GH₵10,000 for specialized medications, advanced scans, and surgery.
